Around 9:00 pm Friday citizens in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas came across a grisly find: The bodies of four beheaded men left on display in the central island of the highly trafficked downtown Colón roundabout.
A group of heavily armed men arrived to the site where, according to witnesses, they took several minutes positioning the bodies and staging the scene.
