Commuters on the Fremont Bridge Friday morning got a disturbing sight flying over the river -- a Nazi flag tied to a balloon.

Even though it broke no laws, Police said they got several complaints so officers took it down.

Earlier in the week similar balloons were found scattered with neo-Nazi flyers in a Tigard neighborhood.

A group calling itself the American National Socialist Workers Party sent KGW TV an email claiming responsibility.
