16.05 So ends a fascinating day in court. There is a clear theme running through the testimony of all four of Breivik's friends - that until 2006 the man who mudered dozens of people in Oslo and Utoya seemed a sociable, perfectly normal guy.
Then, in 2006, things changed. He moved in with his mother, became reclusive, lost touch with his friends, got addicted to online gaming and his ideology became more extreme.
His friends thought he might be depressed - possibly because he was gay and felt unable to come out - and were concerned for him. When he eventually moved into a farm in rural Norway, they were pleased that he was making positive steps - totally unaware he was using the farm as cover to build the bomb he would later detonate killing 12 people.
At a barbeque with friends just a few weeks before his attacks he appeared to be happier and "have his spark back" - although wanted to talk about little other than politics and Islam. No one who saw him that day could've predicted what he was planning.
16.02 Breivik ends his list and court is adjourned for the day.
