This is the guy that was flying the two U.S. flags upside down from his store a few months back. A couple od days after I spotted them they were no longer on the store. I went in to ask about them and he told me they had been stolen. Looks like it got him the wrong kind of attention.

Gun shop owner arrested during raid

(MOBILE, Ala.) Aug. 13 - A Mobile gun shop owner was arrested on charges he sold weapons to convicted felons and doctored records to cover his tracks.

Larry McCoy was arrested Thursday morning during a multi-agency raid of Larry's Gun Shop on Pleasant Valley Road.

McCoy is accused of selling weapons to convicted felons.

McCoy has been indicted on one count of transferring a firearm to a prohibited person, four counts of sale and delivery of firearms without making required records, and four counts of making a false entry in records by a Federal License.

Police say the investigation goes back to May 2007.
