Henderson, North Carolina -- Ku Klux Klan leader Anthony Finch pled guilty to one county of communicating death threats and was sentenced to two years probation after two Negro crackheads complained he had chased them with a gun.
The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, a Jewish- run Negro front organization, had demanded Finch serve prison time for "hate crimes" after the two Negroes attacked Finch's son outside of a scrap yard where the man worked. Finch intervened and chased the two to discover their identities, but was arrested after the Negroes ran to a police station and said they were being chased by "the Ku Klux Klan."
Finch had been innocent of all charges, but had refused to retain private counsel and had argued with and then fired his public defender. Finch had told prosecutors he would accept any plea agreement that allowed him to keep his guns.
The American National Socialist Workers Party had intervened in the Finch case, and many local residents were "blaming" that interference for Finch's light sentence and conviction on a lesser charge.
"Henderson is very racist," one Negro resident told the local ABC television affiliate, "[E]verybody knows everybody and protects people who they're kin with."
