The MSM narrative used a different overweight female ( alive) taking a direct hit from the rearended car for their agitprop. Martyr Heather Heyer may have been hit in the leg, may not have been hit at all , it's not clear. The evidence points to the conclusion that she did not die from any vehicular impact.
