It's fucking ridiculous. We spend $10,000 per student per year on classrooms filled with "people" with 80 IQs, high testosterone levels and almost no impulse control hoping to find that "diamond in the rough." That way, liberals can point to their one success and say "see? A nigger doctor!"

It doesn't matter if you spend one million dollars a year, 80 IQ nogs and mexcrement aren't going to be interested in math and science! Even if they were interested, they aren't smart enough to apply it!

What if we took that money and devoted it to poor white children in West Virginia or Kentucky or Iowa? You know, real people with REAL potential!!!
