The filing she made was not either of those; it was Chapter 7. Hence, my income did NOT have to be reported.

For the rest of you, I think it important you know that my wife underwent treatment for Thyrhoid cancer back then, which wiped us out. Just two years ago, she came down with Breast cancer which knocked us financially AGAIN.

Even if it was taken from donations I think it was well spent. Personally, I have no problem with my donations being spent this way. What I *DO* have a problem with are exaggerated expenses, collective punishment against those who have donated and a total lack of transparency.

I was perplexed with Hal before, as his costs seemed extraordinary, and I posted that he couldn't keep coming back with costs of over $5000/mth and think volunteer contributions are going to cover it....
