Last week a young man went out on the streets of Porterville, CA to deliver a message to the business district and the shoppers and workers there. His message was of white unity and pride. He wants to help show his fellow whites that they can be proud of their history, heritage and culture. So, Jeff Lodor and a friend went out onto Main Street and delivered about 50 flyers to the local businesses located within a 5 block area.

The next day, Mr. Lodor was contacted by the local paper, The Porterville Recorder. Mr. Lodor was unashamed of his actions and honest that he distributed the fliers in that area on the previous day. The paper went on to print an article which twisted the story into the harassment of a local Jewish jeweler.

The next day, Mr. Lodor’s home was invaded by the local SWAT team with an MP5 sub machine gun pointed to his head. His young daughter was thrown to the ground by the police and held down. Mr. Lodor says that he has no violent record with the police and there is no reason for the police to worry about a violent conflict with him. He thought he may have been arrested for distributing the fliers but the police informed him that he was being charged with a federal civil rights violation and a hate crime due to the fliers. The police also seized all paperwork pertaining to the racial group, Church of the Creator, of which Mr. Lodor is the local leader.

That day the Porterville Recorder put together a story which told of Mr. Lodor’s arrest and gave out his home address. They published the story but pulled it from their internet site a day or two later. Publishing someone’s exact home address has caused serious legal problems for some websites but this newspaper seems to have gotten away with it temporarily.

On Tuesday after spending 5 days in jail, the police released Jeff Lodor before his arraignment without any charges. 72 hours excluding weekends is the maximum that someone can be kept without charges. The police still have his paperwork and literature. They claim to be holding it pending investigation. Jeff wonders what investigation is pending since they released him without charges.

Jeff Lodor is in the process of obtaining an attorney so that he can defend himself from further police harassment and have his materials returned. The police thought that they would obtain a ‘chilling effect’ by harassing this white activist. The police receive their training against whites by Jewish interest groups such as the ADL.
