Just in from the AP
"The Americans deny the charges and say they were only hiking in a scenic and largely peaceful area of northern Iraq near the Iranian border.
(Always a good idea to go into a war zone and hike into a nation that your government is hostile with, BTW what isn't answered here is how these supposed "Hikers" got permission to enter Iraq in the first place, I am sure the US military would be heavily screening anyone entering that war zone, and not too sure a hiking vacation would qualify entry, these are zionist spies for the USA and Israel plain and simple...Hikers,... art students,...Irish tourists,... the MOSSAD jews really do need some new material it seems.
The two men have been held since July 2009 after being taken into custody on the Iran-Iraq border. A third American who was taken with them, Sarah Shourd, was released in September 2010 on $500,000 bail and returned to the United States.(And just where did that pile of cash come from?....the USSA taxpayer coffers? That would be my guess here, we are so broke and so far in debt to the world yet we have a cool half million laying around to bail out some female "chosen one" that just happened to wander into a hostile nation on a hiking vacation, yet when us goyim here in the states get lost hiking in our own woods we are later sent a bill for all rescue efforts, rather one sided wouldn't one say?
Shourd's case "is still open," the website irinn.ir reported.
Bauer and Fattal, who are both 28, have been sentenced to three years each for illegal entry into Iran and five years each for spying for the United States, the website quoted "informed sources" at Iran's judiciary as saying. It was not immediately clear if that includes time served. They have 20 days to appeal the sentence.
Let the fun begin!
