How dare you abuse Mr Irving in this cowardly and scandalous fashion.He is worth 1,000 of either you or me.
He has already suffered so much for us.He has suffered the indignity of bankruptcy,his career in ruins and now imprisonment at the age of 67.
What in comparison have either you or I achieved in the face of this?
Some compassion and understanding for his plight would go a long way and would be the Aryan attitude.

I've attended Irving speeches three times here and everything he says is pretty moderate compared to what some muslim clerics say and get away with.

I've read quite a few of Mr. Irving's books and he is doing nothing more than telling the truth when he says the entire jew thing is peripheral to his work. He hardly ever mentions this issue in the books of his with which I am familiar.

And, he is a really great historian who, rather than spending any time on the non-event of jew extermination, does spend quite a lot of time on the real issue of German heroism, suffering and martyrdom.

If one single event changed my life - it was reading Mr. Irving's overwhelming book on what 'we' did to Dresden and what happened on those terrible days to the poor civilians in that great town. Through his irrefutable research and magisterial prose, he made it clear to me that something was terribly fishy about the official good vs. evil World War II story. From that day onwards I've been on a mission to find the truth under the jew lies. I own that entirely to David Irving.

Revulsion is what I feel for the blowhard armchair commandoes raking him over the coals on this thread. And, it's real nice to see that many others here give him the respect and sympathy he so richly deserves and that his life's work has earned.

At first I wondered if Irving had some higher motive and strategy in walking into the trap carefully prepared for him. Maybe, I hoped he was going to use his trial as an opportunity to once and for all to expose the holocaust lies.
With his guilty plea and subsequent sentence of 3 years it instead looks like he was simply a fool to underestimate an implacable enemy.
This should illustrate for all of us that a person can be very smart, in his case a brilliant scholar, but be blinded by arrogance and naivite.
Now Irving's entire life's work is open to ridicule and he has lost even the respect of his supporters for his mea culpa.
Unfortunately this won't be the first or last example ZOG makes of would be leaders...as long as people like Irving and Matt Hale give their enemies enough rope to hang themselves with.
At least Ezra Pound never apologized for his statements that resulted in 13years confinement to a mental institution. In fact, Pound defiantly gave the Italian facist salute in front of reporters when he returned to Italy after his release.
