I have always had my suspicions of Jimmy even though his bios have said he's of Irish descent. But for an irishman he's somewhat tan. Also did you see his Mayor Juan Castro of texas impersonation? The resemblance is uncanny. He looks so mexican/latino/non white that the 3 of them could be the castro triplets.
