I just heard on the radio that artist James Von Braun has died in a North Carolina prison hospital. Now, we'll never know what actually happened at the USHMM last summer. The newscaster said Von Braun had passed notes to nurses indicating that he wanted to die. And who could blame him? His country, his family, and even the most radical of his "movement" comrades all had turned their back on him in a sanctimonious show of calculated outrage and cowardly pacificism. Braun was a decorated warrior. Warriors deserve more than what he got in the end. RIP.
