New York police have arrested a Queens resident, David Tarloff, 39, in connection with the brutal slaying of a Manhattan therapist. Tarloff has a history of mental illness, and was planning flee the country ( probably to escape to Israel ) with his mother, police said. If anyone has the story, please link it.
