A financially-strapped Lake Barrington businessman faked his own death by using the body of a 20-year-old man he killed -- and then sent text messages to the dead man's mother, telling her he was OK but would be out of town for a week, police said Thursday.

But it wasn't Justin Newman sending those text messages. It was really Ari Squire using the already dead Newman's cell phone to cover up his crime, which had a potential goal of collecting on a $5 million life insurance policy, police said.

Why was he under financial pressure? Because he was a convicted jew fraudster criminal:

Squire, a diesel-truck racing enthusiast who built a three-car garage addition on his home a few years ago, was under financial pressure. He pleaded guilty last fall to bilking Medicare through a home health-care business he previously operated in Lincolnwood.

U.S. District Judge Harry Leinenweber sentenced Squire in December to 5 years' probation and placed him on 6 months' home confinement. He was ordered to pay $63,000 in restitution.

A federal civil case built on the same allegations was settled last year; a judge ordered Squire to pay $126,000. The government accused Squire of falsely billing Medicare an estimated $2.3 million from 1998 to 2001.

In a memo to the judge in the criminal case, his attorney, Ronald Clark, said Squire was "financially ruined and personally devastated."

So he defrauded the government (meaning you taxpayers) of $2.3 million and only has to pay back a small fraction of it and serves zero jail time? Could any non-jew get that kind of deal?
