PayPal also prohibits a person convicted of a violent felony, or his relatives or associates, from using PayPal to benefit financially from the
convicted criminal's notoriety or crime. The complete Acceptable Use Policy addressing Offensive Material can be found at the following URL:

Email response sent back at 12:30pm in reply:

Dear Sir/Madam,

As requested, I have removed any reference to PayPal from the ziopedia.org homepage. I understand that visa and master card logos are not a 'paypal reference'. I haven’t removed the link to the PayPal payment form as yet, because I consider this matter to be a misunderstanding that can be resolved very quickly in an amicable fashion.

I am curious how the contents of the Ziopedia.org site could possibly be in violation of your acceptable use policy. ZioPedia.org is deeply opposed to hatred, violence and racial intolerance , in fact fighting against these things is all ZioPedia.org is about:

“ZioPedia and the Rebel team strongly opposes trailor-trash racism, in fact we believe that a lot of groups and organisations promoting racial hatred against Jews are seeded with Zionist agents provocateurs, frightening ordinary Jewish folks into blind support for their criminal leadership. We consider Israel to be the most racist and evil country on this planet, an illegal political entity, controlled and protected by a Mafia-like criminal network with a 19th century style colonialist and social-Darwinist agenda. We fight for Israel's replacement with a free, united, egalitarian and secular Palestine.” -- .

It's funny though, how some people can't see that, when the victims of those deplorable things are Muslims, and the perpetrators Israelis. Is PayPal in the business of deciding who is the perpetrator and who is the victim in the context of the Palestine conflict, whose hatred, violence and racial intolerance is acceptable and whose isn’t?

I am even more curious, which convicted violent felon or relative/associate of a convicted violent felon you are referring to who might benefit financially from the notoriety or crime. Firstly, the only beneficiary of the payments coming in via paypal is The Rebel Media Group and is used to pay for the running of our site.

I understand that what triggered PayPal to freeze my account is the publicity caused by an article titled "Elie Wiesel and the Big Lie" . As stated in a recent interview and in an editorial comment at the bottom of the article, I considered it to be a spoof, when making the decision to post it.

"When I first saw the article submission, I couldn’t stop laughing, because I thought it was a spoof written by some witty revisionist." --

I also made it clear in the interview, that I consider what is described in the original article, the coercion of a confession, to be a criminal act.

“Coercing someone into a confession is a crime, regardless of the motives and whether it’s done by the Bush government or a Holocaust revisionist.” --

Even if the original article wasn't a spoof or a plant, as I suspect, and the attempted coercion of a filmed confession of Elie Wiesel, that his supposedly non-fictional descriptions of his experiences in a nazi concentration camp were in fact fictional, did indeed occur, publishing that article wouldn’t be in conflict with the PayPal terms of acceptable use, as long as the alleged offender hasn’t been convicted of a violent felony. And as I said before, the alleged offender wouldn’t profit financially of that felony through donations going to the ZioPedia site.

In summary, neither ZioPedia’s anti-Zionist stance nor the whole ‘Eric Hunt’ affair is by any means in breach of your terms of acceptable use. I appeal to you to re-instate the full use of the account.

Kind regards,

Andrew Winkler
