[color="Red"]Analysis: High bar set in AIPAC case
The government has been set a high bar for conviction in the AIPAC secrets case -- prosecutors must show the two lobbyists charged under espionage laws knew that the disclosure of the material they allegedly passed to reporters and Israeli officials would hurt the United States.
In a transcript of a recent pre-trial hearing, made available Tuesday, the judge in the case made it clear that prosecutors must prove intention, or what lawyers call "mens rea" -- Latin for "a guilty mind" -- for every element of the conspiracy.

[color="Gray"]Funny... this 'high bar' of proof of 'evil intent' wasn't a judicial dictate in Matt Hale's trial and resulting conviction. He is serving a near eternity in Federal Prison for merely not sufficiently, and aggressively, countering an informants contrived statement by the federal autorities, of no real intention. But then again, it was in the jewz interest to 'low bar' for a conviction of this 'Nazi', which in reality meant 'no bar' at all. Watch this ‘ high bar’ set so high as to result in a non-conviction for these jews spying on America, who have actually jeopardized thousands of American lives with real intention, if not a total disregard for the likelyhood of such a result.
Such examples illustrate again quite clearly that our judicial system has degenerated into a jewdicial sewer - one based upon jewish political agenda, and is no longer one of reason and equity in the service of real Americans.
