The company is Lyondell Chemical based in Houston. The buyer is a Dutch front company, Basell, which is owned in turn by Access Industries an investment vehicle owned by Jew crypto-oligarch Leonid Blavatnik.
Like all of the Jew oligarchs, Blavatnik and his fellow Jews "bought" Russian natural resources and industrial complexes through rigged auctions at bargain basement prices. These assets rightfully belong to the people of Russia and we can only hope that some day the white people of Russia will take them back. Meanwhile, the oligarchs are busy buying up industrial and real assets all over the world with the money that they stole from its rightful owners.
