Court hears hate posts attributed to Londoner
By LAURA CZEKAJ, SUN MEDIAOTTAWA -- A London man could spend six months to a year in jail if a judge finds he posted malicious and racist Internet messages contrary to a previous court order.
Tomasz Winnicki appeared in Federal Court yesterday to fight accusations made by the Canadian Human Rights Commission that he posted hate-filled messages on U.S. neo-Nazi websites between October and April in contempt of a Federal Court injunction order.
Throughout the day-long proceedings, Winnicki only lifted his shaved head -- fuzzy with a few days' growth -- to provide the court with the correct pronunciation of his name.
He didn't react visibly as Ottawa lawyer Richard Warman read and commented on more than 30 online postings the commission is attributing to Winnicki.The London white supremacist's cyberpostings first came to the attention of Warman three years ago.
In 2003, Warman filed a complaint with the commission that was investigated and sent to the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal, which heard the case last August.
In October, Winnicki was ordered not to continue posting messages until the tribunal returned with its ruling.
The current court proceedings are based on the commission's allegation that Winnicki remained an active participant on neo-Nazi sites, writing e-mails that denounced the Holocaust as a hoax and claimed non-whites are criminally minded and intellectually inferior.
Both Winnicki and his lawyer, Dominic Lamb, declined to comment on the matter outside court.
In court, Lamb argued the applicant has failed to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Winnicki contravened the order.
Outside court, Warman disagreed. "I think the evidence that was put before the court, in my own personal opinion, was sufficient to demonstrate that Winnicki has engaged in contempt, but that's a decision for, of course, the judge to make," he said.
Acting on behalf of the commission, lawyer Joy Noonan had Warman read out each of the online postings. Excerpts included attacks on Jews, blacks, the Canadian justice system and Warman.
The commission is asking Justice Konrad von Finckenstein to impose either a jail term or a $6,000 fine. The defence is requesting the case be dismissed.
It could take weeks before a decision is rendered.
Richard Warman works for the Bnai Brith and seems to be bothered that he no longer is employed by the CHRT and spends a lot of time 'liasing' with the ARA and filing nuisance complaints with the CHRC.

Winnicki goes to jail. If you can make it across the border and into California, you have a place to stay here Winnicki. I have an empty house you can live in. Until it sells, then another wonderful VNNer will have to put ya up. We can pass you around! FUCK YOU ZOG!

Yeah Tomasz, fuck those Canadian kikes. Man, that loathsome "nation" isn't worth aboding in. Even though Dr. Pierce made the correct point that the jooz are trying to destroy the 1st Amendment, they have progressed far further in the formerly free Anglo/French nation of Canuckistan in shutting down traditional White communication rights.

Tomasz is a fighter. Most of us would have quit posting if threatened with Jail. Not Winnicki. He kept right on sticking it in their kike eyes.

I have always stated Canada is a quasi East Germany. With loathsome laws that chain the true (Aryan) Canadian people in a vice grip of Jewish terror. Those of us who have awakend to this strip mining of the brain, understand the need for the Canadian people to rise up against this Juedo-Bolshevik regime.
People like Warman will, one day, feel the ultimate justice of our people in Canada. As he swings from the gallows, his tounge protruding from his mouth ! The day can't come quick enough !!

At this late stage in the game, is there anything we
can do to help your situation? Anyone to call, write,
etc.? What, if anything, can VNNFers do at this point
to help create a positive outcome for you?
What the Canadian government is doing to you is
unconscionable. Hopefully their actions will backfire
on them. They may silence one voice temporarily,
but in doing so they will have created a thousand
more Tomasz Winnicki's.
Whatever happens, never forget that you have the
deepest respect of thousands of WN's, especially
here on VNNF. And for what it's worth, NOBODY can
ever take that away from you.

Thomasz, the affects of what has happened to you are far more reaching than many on your side think perhaps. I say this, because of the Whites that will be dealing with you in the system some of them will be moved by your courage and speaking the truth. The govenment employee's know the truth of Living areas full of Savages that is concrete reality that NO media Fantasy can dispell. As many as possible need to write to the Canadian embassy about this outrage against Western man, civilization, as this is pure 100% tyranny. No thinking sober non drugge white can see this what has happned to you with out disgust and rightous anger.
