A 22-yr-old flew a 3' x 4' Confederate flag from his pickup truck and allegedly tried to run down a nigger boy in Springfield, Oregon. He was sentenced to the 36 days already served in jail plus 3 years probation during which he cannot associate with the juveniles who were with him, he must attend a cultural awareness class, no alcohol use and no possession of any Confederate flags...and he has to turn over his flag to the cops for destruction.
