Juneteenth means June 19th, and it is celebrated by niggers far and wide across the south on the weekend closest to June 19th. That means

It is the commemoration of June 19th, 1865 when federal troops arrived in Texas to enforce the emancipation of nigger slaves. On the nigger calendar of holidays it is surpassed in importance only by MLK day.

So. If you have a substantial negro population in your area, drive extra careful or stay off the road altogether, 'cause the niggers WILL be drunk.
