It's alleged that Justice John Roberts refused the case on Texas' claims of election fraud because of cowardly concerns about rioters (no solid proof of this, he was supposedly heard to have said this through a wall).

But Lin Wood has another take on Roberts' decision.

Roberts may not want to take such a case not because he's worried about rioters, but because he's worried liberals would expose his propensity toward diddling children.
