On February 3rd, 1998 a beautiful white woman by the name of Karla Faye Tucker was killed in Texas by warrant of the governor, George W. Bush. If ever there was a candidate for clemency, Karla was it. Though she and a partner had committed a terrible murder, her life since then had been exemplary and an inspiration to others. No less a personality than Pat Robertson begged Bushie for clemency, but Bush was determined to have her killed to show what a tough dude he was. Not only did he have her exterminated, but compounded the outrage by mocking her plea for clemency.
"I think it is nothing short of unbelievable that the governor of a major state running for president thought it was acceptable to mock a woman he decided to put to death." So said Gary Bauer, Republican candidate for President in 2000.
" `Please,' Bush whimpers, his lips pursed in mock desperation, `don't kill me' "
Now contrast this with Bush's suspension of the prison sentence of Israel Liebowitz (a/k/a "Scooter" Libby). Liebowitz along with his fellow cabal of Jew neocons latched on to an intellectually challenged Bush and convinced him to go to war with the people of Iraq. Thousands of American soldiers have died needlessly along with hundreds of thousands of innocent Iraqis. Where is the justice?
