Feds: Lakewood realty company was discriminatory

NEWARK — The Justice Department on Friday filed a lawsuit against a Lakewood realty company, alleging it discriminated against non-Jewish, black and Hispanic tenants at the Cottage Manor Apartments.
The complaint, filed in federal district court here, alleges that Triple H. Realty LLC, as well as a current employee and a former employee, [color="Red"]marketed the complex to Orthodox Jews in the area beginning in 2002 by offering lower rents than current tenants paid for comparable apartments.
The suit seeks monetary damages to compensate victims, civil penalties, and a court order barring future discrimination.
"[color="Red"]It is bad news in . . . this day and age that a blatant case of discrimination happened right here in Lakewood," said Warren Sherard, the president of the Lakewood NAACP. "It is good to see the powers of government doing something about it."
According to the suit, non-Jewish black and Hispanic residents alleged they were pressured to move out of buildings that management reserved for incoming Jewish tenants and that were better maintained than other buildings at the 104-unit, six-building complex on Woehr Avenue.
The complaint also alleges that management provided Jewish residents more favorable living conditions, such as a fenced, landscaped yard.
"This is only the beginning of the process," said state Sen. Robert W. Singer, R-Ocean, who is also a Lakewood Committeeman. "There should be a zero tolerance when it comes to discrimination.

Tenants interviewed at Cottage Manor in July said almost all the Jewish families who were living at the apartment complex had moved out.
The federal Fair Housing Act prohibits discrimination in housing on the basis of race, color, sex, familial status, national origin and disability.
[color="Purple"]Shlomo Kanarek, listed on the property's 2003 mortgage filing as the managing member of Triple H. Realty, could not be reached. There were also no listed telephone numbers for Cottage Manor Apartments or Triple H. Realty LLC.
However, the company has denied to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development the allegations of discrimination.
The prepared release by the Justice Department announcing the suit does not identify the current and former employees who are named as defendants.
An earlier report by HUD accused former manager Vincent Ortiz and current managing property agent Harry Kantor of discrimination.
Kantor also has denied the allegations, according to a HUD document.
Kantor and Ortiz could not be reached for comment.

I am noticing lately Jews getting a taste of their own medicine. I wonder if they are losing control of the marxist/multicultural beast which they fed and trained.

Much as I like to see jews getting what they deserve, I would rather see an end to any law that prevents the voluntary seperation of ethnic groups (and especially whites).

Voluntary seperation and segregation won't work .
Only deportation will work . Jefferson , Monroe , Lincoln and Rockwell all knew that deportation and total geographic seperation is the only answer to racial problems . They were right .

I’d bet that a close majority of jews don’t like niggers and assorted other third world refuse living in their neighborhood either, not only because mud is unsavory and dangerous, but it also affects the kikies precious real estate values, anyway, if kikes hate whites openly, in private they probably hate nonwhites just as much, just for different reasons. Nah, some high up kikes were indeed at the forefront of fucked up laws like this, but the ones who ultimately pushed it through were the white egalitarians and the bible fuck heads.

Amazing? Not at all. This is another tactic the jews use to soften the problem and make it look like that they are not all like this, which they are. In fact, this jew is making a joke of it and taking the opportunity to tell all that have been so discriminated against since their existence. Another way to spew their propaganda. Read it again.
They are some piece of work. They think they are so slick. Jews are nothing but a bunch of psychotics that deserve to be destroyed.

I've lived almost my entire life around jews -- nothing will make a person an anti-semite like living near jews. Jews, as a group, are easily the most racist people I've ever encountered, despite what they profess in public. Jews have absolute contempt for niggers, greasers and working-class Whites in that order.
This story sounds like a conflict between hasidic and "non-religious" jews. The hasids say openly what all jews think, and that scares the shit out of the crypto-jews. The crypto-jews want the hasids keep it under the radar.
