Man charged with assaulting teen to appear in Lakewood municipal court

LAKEWOOD — Elchonon Zimmerman, the 43-year-old charged with assaulting a teenager, is
scheduled to appear in municipal court here next week.
A court official confirmed Zimmerman's hearing is slated for the court session that begins 9:30 a.m. July 6. Zimmerman, a private school teacher, is facing one count of simple assault in connection with a May 17 incident.
The case began when the teenager, Jamarr Dickerson, cut through an alley on Lawrence Avenue, police say. Zimmerman told the youth he was on private property and tried to take the teen's picture with his cell phone camera. A scuffle ensued and when a patrolman arrived, he found Zimmerman kneeling on the youth's back, authorities say.
Zimmerman was charged with simple assault, but the Ocean County/Lakewood branch of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People has been lobbying for bias crime charges to be filed because of allegations that several men surrounded the teen and spoke racial epithets.
No charges will be filed, according to officials from the Lakewood Police Department and the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office, because it cannot be proven who said the slurs.
Unfortunately, no mention of the fact that the perps were all kikes.

Umm, how do you know they were all kikes?
Been mentioned in other articles in other papers, as well as the statement of the victims. Which I also had previously had posted here.

if they're all kikes they'll get off with a slap on the wrist... if it were white men they'd be looking at say i dunno... 20 years?
doubt we'll ever hear what happens though.
