*One story I saw recently said he supposedly has a server in Columbus and/or was 'seen' there, don't know if that's true or correct, but if he cannot be served, that's one more problemo, in addition to the fact that he did not personally harass her, or tell anyone to do anything illegal.

...Wonder if the citizens of Montana think it's a prob to have court time and cost spent on making this rich Real Estate mogul all the more rich via a fake distress claim....a woman who was trying to cause Spencer's mom distress, and gain economically from said stress. ...

I'm surprised a date was set at all, with it being dismissable on so many levels--if one cited Gersh for same, my guess is the attitude would be totally different---the court would say demonstrations are legal, not recognizing the financial gain aspect makes it legally defineable as extortion.

Spencer's mom should sue Gersh.
