Zionist state’s president Shimon Peres has arrived in Brazil on Tuesday on a stste visit. It’s first visit of an Israeli president in 40 years to Brazil. Peres is an honarary citizen of Brazil. Peres met Barazilian president Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva on Wednesday and addressed the Brazilian Parliament on Tuesday, a forum he used as an accomplished Zionist actor. While thanking Brazilian people for opening their country for the ‘holocaust survivors’ and recognizing the Jewish occupation of Palestine – he made the usual Zionist pitch against Iranian President Dr. Ahmadinejad, who is expected to visit Brazil on November 23, 2009.
Peres told the MPs that since the establishment of the Zionist entity (on a foreign land), Israel has been thrown into seven wars, “with the realization that if we lost any of them (how about 2006 war with Hizb’Allah) we would be annihiliated”. Peres also used the opportunity to reach out to his “old friend”, as he refered to PA president Mahmoud Abbas (Abu Mazen) – not to throw away his towel and rather sit on negotiation table with Bibi without preconditions (which is the right of only the chosen people of the Jewish Tribe). He also reminded Abbas how he and Yitzchak Rabin first approached him to enter into negotiations, adding that though Rabin has been assassinated, he remains committed to the goal (only if Palestinian recognize Israel as a ‘Jewish State’ first).
During his address Peres claimed that Islamic Iran was a “global danger” and called on the South American powerhouse to play a role in international efforts to rein in Iran’s nuclear program.
“I don’t want to argue about the president of Iran on Brazilian soil, but we think his policies are global danger. I cannot ignore that Iran makes weapons and wants to destroy Israel.”
The Zionist joker ignored the fact that Iran has not attacked any of its neighboring countries during the last 100 years – while Israel has invaded each of its neighboring countries during the last 61 years of its establishment by the western colonial powers. Futhermore, according to former Mossad chief, Tehran has not the capability to possess a nuclear bomb before 2014, while Israel sits over a stockpile of 240-400 nuclea bombs.
Lula told Peres in the joint press conference: “You do not build peace if you do not talk to all political and religious forces, those that want peace and those that oppose peace. We need to talk more and find more partners who want to help in peace-building in the Middle East. And we do not refuse to talk to anyone, as long as in that chat we can get a word, or at least, or at least a comma, that might help peace. You (Peres) know that there will be no peace without political concessions.”
Last September, Lula defended Iran’s right (as a NPT signatory) to a civilian nuclear program and opposed western sanctions against Islamic Iran. He urged the West to stop pushing Iran over its nuclear program and called for dialogue and engagement with Iran to foster peace.
Shimon Peres, Yitzhak Rabin and Yasser Arafat shared the 1994 Nobel Peace Prize for their victory and humiliation at the White House earlier. This shows the hypocrisy of the Nobel Prize – dumping the terrorists and the freedom-fighters in the same category. Last week Israelis marked the 14 anniversary of the assassination of their terrorist prime minister, while on Wednesday, Fatah held a rally in the West Bank to honor its late ’sellout’ leader.
Brazil is the largest country in South America with a population of 170 million and the largest Catholic country in the world – out of which one million are Muslims, mostly immigrants from the Arab world and around 10,000 local converts. Jewish population in Brazil is estimated to be around 90,000, comprising of European Jews and Jewish immigrants from Syria and Lebanon. Pro-Israel Jewish Lobby is quite powerful. Former Finance Minister Horacio Lafer was Jewish.
