As she was driving (drunk & stoned) he was pleading for help and was begging for his life. As White life is considered worthless to most non-whites, she callously ignored him while continuing to drive towards her apartment. After she arrived at the apartment, she hid her car in a garage with the man yet alive and yet pleading for his life. She ignored him and went inside and told her buck what happened. They went to inspect the vehicle with the man trapped in the windshield. They were relieved after determining he couldn’t free himself. After they returned to the apartment after their “inspection,“ as this man lay withering in pain and dying, they shot dope and had monkey sex. In total disregard and oblivion towards this White man’s wellbeing, they patiently awaited his death. They checked on him at least once through the night and after realizing he was close to bleeding to death, they plotted what they would do with the body. They left him there to die overnight which is what ultimately happened. The next day they removed the dead body from the windshield and dumped it like a pale of garbage. The man accused of driving a minivan that struck and killed two teenagers last week on a dark Morongo Valley highway is scheduled to be arraigned in Joshua Tree today on a charge of felony hit-and-run and two charges of misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter.

Investigators now say they believe that Tracey Nelson and Samantha Schattler, both 16, were embracing in the right lane of westbound Highway 62 in Morongo Valley at about 3 a.m. Oct. 5 when a 2000 Toyota Sienna struck them, said San Bernardino County Supervising Deputy District Attorney Richard Young.

Investigators initially said the teens were on the shoulder. Witnesses say the two moved onto the roadway from the shoulder after Schattler had jumped up to wrap her legs around Nelson, Young said.

Enrique R. Hernandez, 23, of Winnetka in Los Angeles County, continued to drive for about seven miles with Schattler's body on the roof before abandoning the minivan in

Desert Hot Springs, California Highway Patrol investigators say.

[color="Red"]Hernandez had been booked on suspicion of felony hit-and-run and felony vehicular manslaughter with gross negligence.

But the district attorney's office reduced the manslaughter charges to vehicular manslaughter without negligence, a misdemeanor, Young said.

There is not enough evidence to prove that Hernandez exhibited the "almost willful and wanton disregard for human life" necessary for a felony manslaughter charge, he said.

Hernandez was driving between 75 and 90 mph in a 50 mph zone, which justified the manslaughter charge, Young said.

The hit-and-run charge carries a maximum sentence of three years, while the two manslaughter charges each carry a maximum sentence of a year, Young said.

Sentences in such cases are usually concurrent, he said.

Frederic Warner, Hernandez's Los Angeles attorney, declined to say how his client would plead. He is being held on $75,000 bail.

Four other friends were with Nelson and Schattler at the time of the accident but were not injured.
