Because that's where the Niggers are! Besides, American Niggers are too refined and pampered. They have welfare, food stamps, affirmative action, gov't set-asides, free school lunches, etc, etc......
All the African Niggers have is distended bellies and empty "Made In The U.S.A." grain sacks for beds.
