Although Plouhar willingly appeared in the movie, which is critical of the Bush administration's actions after Sept. 11, his father said Plouhar didn't realize it would criticize the war.

"I'm proud that my son wanted to protect the freedom of this country whether we all agree with the war or not," he said.

Plouhar grew up in Lake Orion, about 30 miles north of Detroit.

I can understand a griefing father trying to rationalize his loss. I have to ask though, how does he think that his son was protecting the freedom of this country? Especially when he was raised 30 miles from nigger detroit, a city that died in the name of "civil rights"? You'd think they would get a clue, but I guess not.

Anyone who goes into the infantry and goes and fights in these stupid wars is a complete idiot who deserves to die.

It's a great way to preclude resistance of course, get all of the best fighting young men and send them away to get mutilated and killed in endless wars far away, if they get killed the Jews win, if they kill enemies the Jews win, either way lose our young men. It's really disgusting. We have lost thousands and thousands in World War 2, Korea, Vietnam, Afghanistan, Iraq etc. And they are getting poisoned with all kinds of chemicals and injections, radioation etc. Once you join the armed forces and get sent out on active duty you are just government property and the government is perfectly prepared to march you out to your death for the Jews and big Capitalist degenerates, who sit at home in their luxury multi-million mansions in a soft armchair, in an air-conditioned room drinking champagne, smoking a fat cigar and raking in the millions of dollars while you are crouching down in a hole in a sandy desert, haven't eaten fresh food or showered in weeks, trying not to get your head shot off. Their kids sure as hell aren't going anywhere near the front line, and they ducked whatever military service they might have been eligible for.

And it is obvious that the draft is coming back.

The filth responsible for the killing and maiming of so many young men should be marched over a minefield with machine guns pointed at their backs. They seem to be all for war so why not let them play a personal role.

How did Plouhar play on the film? I actually have that movie burned somewhere, but I wonder if anyone remembers him and his quotes? Did he say negative things about the war or the administration?

Was he killed in vehicle or on foot?
