In this thread I would like to spotlight the rich jew Jeffrey Vinik who is one of the crooks behind those infamous dystopian, prison-like "15-minute cities" that the jews want to build all over the world so that they can corral the goyim into them and thus control every aspect of their life (which will be miserable).

Jeffrey N. Vinik (born March 22, 1959) is an American investor and sports team owner. He worked at Fidelity Investments and managed a private hedge fund, and is the current owner of the Tampa Bay Lightning and a minority owner of the Boston Red Sox.[1] He served on the board of directors for Liverpool Football Club of the Premier League from 2010–2013.[2]

A Tampa Development Becomes a City Within a City

Water Street Wonderland

It’s bigger than the land that holds the U.S. Capitol or Grand Central Station. It’ll include a million square feet of both office and retail space. By the time it’s completely finished, there’ll be 3,500 residences, along with 692 new and 727 renovated hotel rooms. In short, it’s a city within a city.

It’s called Water Street Tampa, and it’s the largest single development to land in Tampa Bay—and one of the largest developments being built in any city in recent years. But figuring out what it is exactly, and how someone visiting for the first time can navigate this massive downtown-within-a-downtown, is another thing entirely. Here’s what to know, from its initial concept to what’s coming tomorrow.

[color="red"]Four years prior, Jeffrey Vinik and partners and Cascade Investment—the investment firm funded by Bill Gates—bought the mill and surrounding land for $13 million. Vinik is the owner of the NHL’s World Champion Tampa Bay Lighting (which calls Water Street’s Amalie Arena home) and former manager of the Fidelity Magellan Fund. At first, Vinik envisioned the property as the new site for the Tampa Bay Rays. But he soon began imagining it as something bigger, grander, an upscale downtown of its own right in the center of the city, bringing in real estate developer Strategic Property Partners (SPP) to help execute the idea.

Lee Schaffler, chief portfolio officer for SPP, says the overall vision was to create a neighborhood designed with a high quality of life. “Water Street Tampa is built on the idea that the city of the future can be designed in a more comprehensive, cohesive, and people-centric way,” Schaffler claims. “Our goal was to bring together all the essential elements of a thriving community—from homes to offices to parks to retail—together in one place, connected by lively streetscapes and pedestrian-friendly walkways.”

[color="red"]The end result, Schaffler says, is to create a “15-minute city experience” that allows residents and visitors to be within a quick walk or drive from everything they need,

Tampa is a vibrant, progressive and multi-cultural city located on the west coast of Florida. Tampa is ranked among the top U.S. cities for healthiest lifestyle, economic growth, innovation, cost of living, education and craft breweries. We are also home to 3 major professional sports teams. Super Bowl LV is scheduled to be held here in February 2021 and we plan to have our quarterback Tom Brady leading the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to victory. [color="Red"]Downtown Tampa (Tampa Water Street) is presently being renovated with a 3 billion dollar joint venture project with Tampa Bay Lightning owner Jeff Vinik and Microsoft founder Bill Gates. Their 50 acre development plan is to turn our downtown into a green walking city with a vibrant live-work-and-play environment with the USF Morsani Medical School building strategically placed along the development.

Why Florida needs to promote, encourage 15-minute city concepts

Alex Music Your Turn

The past few weeks have seen the circulation of one of the most random conspiracies of recent memory: the 15-minute city.

As an urban planning adjacent person, I’ve been aware of the concept of 15-minute cities for a while. The phrase originates from a city planning idea in which everyday necessities like grocery stores, pharmacies, schools, and places of work are accessible by a 15-minute walk, bike, or public transit ride from your home. It is meant to improve people’s quality of life and make owning a car a choice rather than a prerequisite for thriving in society.

[color="Red"]Somewhere along the line, this was twisted into a conspiracy. Right-wing commentators like psychologist Jordan Peterson have characterized 15-minute city planning as “authoritarian,” connecting it to broader conspiracies that theorize a centralized government effort to keep people from leaving their homes. On the even more fringe end of things, some theorists are claiming that the Ohio train derailment was intentional and meant to relocate rural populations to 15-minute cities. (Huh?)
