Two men in tennessee are accused of setting a little puppy on fire.

Neighbors say 20-year-old Vincent Boykin and 18-year-old Tristan Hathaway did something unimaginable.

They say -- the men got hold of a stray german shepard puppy.

Then poured gasoline all over her, before setting her on fire.

Witnesses say -- it was a horrible sight to see.

One neighbor said, "It was making noise. It rolled around in the grass trying to put itself out. For a minute it stopped, so I thought it was dead."
