A latino owned bakery and restaurant was gutted by a fire that "mysteriously" broke out at 10:30 am in downtown Postville Ia. Fire fighters from surrounding towns extinguished the flames by 1:30 pm. The news report does not mention that it was a Mexican bakery. The business has been for sale for some time. The for sale sign was still in the the front window when i saw the building this afternoon.

Check out this scenario:
.Mexicans come to Postville to work
.Legal Mexicans open up Mexican Bakery and Restaurant in Postville
.Illegal Mexicans get busted and sent back to Mexico
.Due to lack of mexicans, Mexican Bakery/Restaurant defaults on Bank Loan
.Legal Mexican needs to sell Mexican Bakery/Restaurant to keep Bank happy
.Mexican Bakery/Restaurant will not sell due to lack of Postville residents legal and illegal.
.Legal Mexican has healthy fire insurance pollicy on Mexican Bakery/Restaurant.
.Fire mysteriously breaks out durring business hours.
.Fire Fighters "fight" fire for 3 hours till the roof collapses making sure building is a TOTAL LOSS !!!
