The mexican-'american' principal says:
"We're taking over," quipped Ron Montoya, a Mexican-American and principal of Valley High School, where about 62 percent of the 3,100 students are Hispanic.
Taking over! This is the principal of a school where 38% of the students (non mexiscum) are his self proclaimed hostages! If "we're taking over" doesn't imply this then I don't know what does!
Can we say "war"? They sure can!
