49ers QB Colin Kaepernick named in Miami police report

Miami police officials said Thursday that they are investigating a woman's report that she blacked out after drinking and smoking marijuana in an apartment in the company of 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick [color="Blue"](nigger) and two other NFL players.

[color="Blue"]Niggers are stupid and dangerous enough, the dope is only going to magnify the niggers genetic qualities.

The report does not allege any crimes, but police officials said they were looking into the situation. Kaepernick, 26, has been doing offseason workouts at a center in Miami.

In a statement, Niners general manager Trent Baalke said, "The 49ers organization is aware of the recent media report regarding Colin Kaepernick and is in the process of gathering the pertinent facts."

According to a police incident report, the woman said that about 9 p.m. April 1, she visited Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Ricardo Lockette [color="blue"](nigger), 27, at an apartment within the Viceroy, a luxury hotel in downtown Miami that has guest rooms, suites and residences.

She said that Kaepernick and 49ers wide receiver Quinton Patton [color="Blue"](nigger), 23, were also there and that she had been in a "sexual relationship with Mr. Kaepernick in the past," the report states.

The woman, according to the report, mixed some drinks for the men and served them shots. The woman "advised that they told her that in order to drink the shots she had to 'hit' the bong which contained marijuana," the report states.

The group then sat down to watch a basketball game, but the woman reported that she felt "light-headed," went to a bedroom to lie down and took off her jacket and jewelry.

The woman told police that Kaepernick came into the bedroom and began kissing and undressing her before leaving, telling her he would be right back.

The woman told police "she was in bed naked and Mr. Patton and Mr. Lockette opened the door and 'peeked' inside," the report states. "She told them, 'What are you doing? Where is Colin? Get out!' They closed the door and left. She cannot remember anything after that."

According to the police report - in which the woman said she and Kaepernick did not have sex - the woman woke up in a hospital bed in the middle of the night and "doesn't remember how she got there or who transported her to the hospital." The report was taken April 3.

Lockette was on the 49ers' roster in 2012 but never played in a game for them.

Kaepernick and Patton were scheduled to participate in teammate Anquan Boldin's [color="blue"](nigger) annual "Q-Fest," a three-day event for charity that begins Thursday in Palm Beach County.
