Randy G. Gray II, 30, of Midland said the Midland County Republican Party Executive Committee has eliminated him as a precinct delegate.
"We have military fighting and dying for me to hold this office," he said. "For these people to throw me out like a dog, that's insane. Just because the party doesn't like my personal beliefs doesn't give them the right."
