Monkey strangles girl to death in India
NEW DELHI - A monkey in a village in India’s northern Uttar Pradesh state strangled a 16-year-old girl, a news report said on Saturday.
The ape attacked the girl called Mamta in the Gorakhpur district located some 300 kilometres east of state capital Lucknow on Wednesday, after she tried to chase it away when it was eating corn kernels, the Asian Age daily reported.
Mamta’s father Deep Chand said family members rushed out hearing her cries for help but found the girl lying on the floor and the monkey sitting nearby.
“There were marks around her neck which means she was strangled to death,” he told the paper.
Local police has refused to catch the animal. “How do we register a case against a monkey and under what rules do we arrest a simian?” a policeman asked.
Meanwhile, fear has gripped the village as the monkey was roaming free.
“We now keep our children indoors and advised women not to interfere if the monkey is around,” a villager, Rajesh Kumar was quoted by the paper as saying. “If it could kill a 16-year-old girl, it can kill anyone.”
Like I stated here, niggers and monkeys have a lot in common.

This illustrates exactly why a society should be armed, and ready to use those arms, when necessary. These Indians sound pathetic, fatalistic, and brainwashed to not defend themselves.
Note that in well-armed areas of the US, monkeys roam cautiously and with a far lighter footfall, than they do in heavily gun-contolled ares such as LA, Wash, DC, NYC, etc, where monkeys are treated as protected wildlife, and they run wild. Harsh penalties are meted out to citizens that dare defend against the predations of these creatures...
Stay armed, and reside, if possible in an area where shooting rampaging monkees is not a crime.

Yes, they do have a lot in common, although monkeys are vastly less objectionable.
It's remarkable how very similarly the Indian and American police regard the smelly critters, too:
