How far is Ashland from Clark st?

That's a decent,mostly white area near Depaul U.-close to Wrigley field.I have family very near there...it is entirely a white working class neighborhood,although nigs from outside the neighborhood do congregate around the University to prey on white coeds.From my observations,Chicago is still one of the more efficiently segregated U.S. cities.Unfortunately for the victim,not efficiently enough.

Yes, downtown is south of Diversey but Diversey is an east-west street and Ashland is north-south and west of downtown while Clark is a diagonal running nearly north-south. Thus Ashland is west of Clark at varying distances like the hypoteneuse of a triangle from its base.

At Diversey, Ashland is about 2 miles from the lake, not the same neighborhood. In the yuppie area near the lake there are many people on the street at all hours.

Very few wetbacks or darkies actually live near Wrigley field anymore. It's too expensive. But they wander about everywhere in the city spreading there mud vibes and crime.

1989 was 17 years ago. Wrigleyville has gentrified since then. Very expensive thus very few wetbacks or darkies now live there. Mostly white yuppies. Even the white punks and hippies got run out by the gentry.
