KTVX Channel 4 reports that flyers originating from the National Socialist Movement were distributed in the Sugar House neighborhood of Salt Lake City early on Wednesday March 11th.

Racist message attached to Utah Daily Chronicle (Matt Lee, ABC 4 News)
SALT LAKE CITY (ABC 4 News) - An anti-semitic and racial message was attached to copies of the Daily Utah Chronicle that were left at homes in a Salt Lake City neighborhood on Wednesday.

Residents of a Sugar House neighborhood awoke to find hate literature attached to newspapers in their driveways.

The pamphlets spoke out against African Americans, Jewish people and interracial couples, and were attached to the University of Utah’s student newspaper, The Daily Utah Chronicle.

This paper is not generally delivered off-campus, so police say someone likely took a stack of newspapers from the university and distributed them.

The story is accompanied by a news video that cannot be embedded here. In the video, the reporter identifies the literature as having originated in Detroit, but would not give the name of the organization. The reporter also scarfed up the obligatory Jewish flyer recipient, a guy named Ron Vamir of the United Jewish Federation, to piss and moan about the flyer.

But the media's attempt to suppress the name of the organization did NOT work. Voice Of Deseret determined it to be an NSM flyer, based on a comparison of the story photo with flyers in the NSM's library. The two flyers distributed can be viewed HERE and HERE.

The NSM has not acknowledged this story; however, the NSM also has an official unit in Utah now. No other Utah media outlets have picked up on the story so far.
