Rhino Sues KKK

Our father taught us to stand up to bullies, and there are few groups as deserving of that title as the Knights of the Ku Klux Klan.
Its record of intimidation and hate is extensive and frightening.
Which is why on Tuesday, our attorney, Seth Cohen of Smith, James, Rowlett & Cohen LLP, filed a suit against the Klan and their ringleader, on behalf of The Rhinoceros Times.
Numerous times over the past year, the Klan has used The Rhino Times and the News & Record to disseminate their disgusting diatribes against minorities and religious groups. And every time they do it, we receive phone calls and emails from readers letting us know what they are up to.
Most readers seem to understand that we have no part in this, but there are some readers who are under the impression that the abhorrent Klan insert was something we have allowed to be put in our paper. That we cannot tolerate.
Since we cannot physically prevent Klansmen from picking up our paper and using it in this manner, we had to turn to the courts.
It is our hope that a judge will see that our reputation is being hurt by the actions of the Ku Klux Klan and will rule in such a way that prevents the Klan from ever again attempting to hijack the readership of a legitimate publication with its nefarious practices.
We hope to set a legal precedent, because, evidently this is something that the Klan has been doing all across the country.
This isn’t the first time we’ve had a run-in with the infamous racists.
Our Charlotte publication exposed a white supremacist who was running for City Council and was a member of a group allied with the Klan.
We learned, in that ensuing imbroglio, just how large the membership of some of these groups is. In that exchange, we prevailed and the supremacist withdrew his name from the ballot.
In this struggle, we might not be able to prevent them from writing and distributing their ignorant bile, but we should be able to stop them from sullying the reputation and good name of legitimate newspapers.
We will let you know how it goes.

The KKKK should also file a counter suit, it's a free publication and once given away it can be used however a person wishes. Almost everyone around here uses those free leftist publications as fire starters and bird cage liners anyway.

I agree, Ron. Sounds like the jew Cohen is trying to ape the jew Dees by harrassing selected WNs and dragging them into court.
I doubt if those Klansmen have funds to hire an attorney to file a counter lawsuit, though.
For cases like this, we need internet attorneys who'll prepare lawsuits free for WN defendants who will, in turn, file the lawsuits in court themselves, pro se. And while they hold press conferences on the court house steps to expose and bad-mouth the kikes they're counter-suing.
Our attorney could simply post the lawsuit draft on the internet, and the WN defendant could retype it, date and sign it, and file the thing in court.
It was an internet lawyer who drafted up my recent federal lawsuit against the Missouri Secretary of State.

Two Jewish Editors. I will not speculate how they are related. They could be either brothers, cousins, etc.

That SF poster is a fucking liar. But like most kwa politicos, he is a spineless swine who will eventually wind-up blue-faced with his tongue sticking out while he swings at the end of a rope.
He had the opportunity to use his being exposed to advance our cause, but instead he tucked his tail between legs, groveled before the jew and manufactured a lie that was hurtful to White people. Sniveling little pieces of rat shit like this will pay.
