The City of Cincinnati is facing a lawsuit from several employees from the Water Works division.
The employees claim managers and supervisors have openly discriminated against African-American employees for several years.
"It's in your face racism. They do everything but call you the "n" word," said Water Works employee Eric Crutchfield.
"It happens to a lot of us African-Americans. We've been treated differently and it's blantant and they don't care."
They also claim white employees with less experience are often given promotions over more qualified African-Americans. [:D]
The employees are seeking over $100,000 in compensation as well as diversity training for management.
