Man charged with rape a day after he leaves prison

SYRACUSE, N.Y. (AP) A man arrested for rape Tuesday had just been released from state prison the day before, Syracuse police said Wednesday.
Robert Adams III was released July 25 on parole after serving 33 months for a felony burglary conviction in Onondaga County, Syracuse police Chief Gary Miguel said.
Adams was charged Tuesday with first-degree rape and first-degree criminal sexual act for raping a Syracuse University graduate student, Miguel said. He was linked to the felonies by DNA evidence.
The victim was attacked from behind at 11:50 a.m. and dragged into an unattached garage, police said.
The woman vomited after being slapped repeatedly during the assault, distracting her assailant and allowing her to escape, Miguel said.
She ran naked from the garage and sought help from a neighbor who contacted authorities, police said.
The victim also identified Adams from a photo lineup.
Adams told police the sex was consensual.

So long as the price of a barrel of oil keeps going up, the laws are going to be harder and harder to enforce.
US Law Enforcement is going to radically narrow it's mission to "Providing Security for Jewish People and Institutions" when there's not enough gasoline for their Crown Victorias.
Any nigger skulking around a White neighborhood will be subject to swift justice "at the hands of persons unknown."
There will be dead bodies laying in ditches along the sides of roads without anyone claiming them, because a lot of peoples' family doesn't care about them anyway, and the authorities won't do anything about it. Not enough resources. They don't investigate suspicious deaths for free ya know.
