Dennis Courtland, the NAACP's general counsel, said the lawsuits sent a message that there is no justification for treating black tourists any differently than white tourists.

Restaurants shun Kingston protesters

KINGSTON - A New Jersey white supremacist says he and his supporters were denied entry into two Ulster County restaurants after staging a rally Saturday to protest what they view as racially motivated attacks on white students near Kingston High School.

One of the restaurant owners, John Parete of the Boiceville Inn, said Monday he had every right to close his establishment to protect staff and customers from potential violence that might have erupted with the presence of Internet radio host Hal Turner and his supporters.

Turner says he was discriminated against by Parete and the Hurley Mountain Inn in Hurley, which he says also closed its doors to him on Saturday. He said he plans to file a lawsuit in federal court, alleging civil rights violations.

Well let me tell you I was at the beach several years ago and talked to the business owners and strippers and they all said the same thing. That the blacks don't tip are rude and are just ASSHOLES when they are there. One guy who ran a restaurant had to call the cops cause a nig was taking a dump in his parking lot. The nig could have used the men's room in the restaurant but chose to use the lot instead. Damon's should not have payed now every business will be a target. Fucking nigs!!
