BELOIT, Wis. -- The man accused of killing a business woman in her downtown Beloit office in March appeared at a preliminary hearing on Tuesday morning.
They said that DNA under McGuire's nails matched with samples taken from Brooks, WISC-TV reported.
Prosecutors also introduced four witnesses in the case. They include two police officers, a forensic scientist from the state crime lab and the co-worker who found McGuire's body inside the Edward Jones office.
Co-worker Bryan Theis told the court about how he found McGuire's body.
"And I opened the door more and that's when I saw her full body," Theis said. "I saw her head face down and I saw blood coming out of the right side of her mouth."

That look on his "lawyer"'s face speaks volumes to me: "Another goddamn nigger savage that's dumber than a goddamn rock,who's murdered somebody,and guiltier than sin itself for it, and enough excuses to fill Miller Park....and I have to get one of them off the hook for the umpteen-hundredth time.Why do I bother anymore?"

Trauma is good for the lemmings, nothing else will save them. Trauma is the necessary stimuli to either create more racists or crishyton candle light vigils. Lets hope it’s more of the former.
