Witnesses to beating may fear expulsion
SBU conduct code forbids consumption of alcohol.

Greene County Prosecutor Darrell Moore doesn't envy Southwest Baptist University students who may have witnessed a vicious beating at a Springfield nightclub last month.
They can either cooperate with police and face possible disciplinary action from the school or stay silent as detectives plod through the investigation, said Moore, an alumnus of the Christian college in Bolivar.
Moore said he hoped SBU administrators would view the cooperation as a "mitigating factor" for any punishment students might face after admitting they were at Cowboys 2000 the night several men assaulted 22-year-old Joshua Mincks.
But SBU President C. Pat Taylor told the News-Leader last week that students who violate the school's code of conduct must face the consequences and shouldn't expect special treatment.
"We have encouraged our students to be forthright and honest," he said. "However, we do have principles and expectations for our students. ... When our students misbehave, they will be held accountable."
More than six weeks have passed since a group of men attacked Mincks in the nightclub's parking lot. [color="Red"]The Bolivar man spent several days in the intensive care unit at St. John's Hospital and is now out of the hospital and receiving physical therapy, said his mother, Tonya Mincks.
Springfield police have arrested four SBU football players in connection with the beating, but no charges have been filed.
Moore said he isn't happy about the lag. He wants Mincks' attackers held accountable, but he's concerned about the reliability of witnesses interviewed by police.
Moore said he was concerned more SBU students may have witnessed the attack but don't want to admit they were at the bar — behavior that's highly discouraged at the school.
Possessing, distributing and consuming alcohol are prohibited both on and off campus, according to the SBU student handbook. Students who violate the policy face dismissal.
Moore is willing to speak to SBU administrators on behalf of any student who speaks up.
"We need them to come forward and do the right thing and help solve this thing," he said. "As Christians, we're taught to do the right thing and be responsible."
Taylor said SBU has fully cooperated with police and conducted its own investigation, which resulted in the expulsion of at least two students earlier this month.
"To the best of our knowledge, our investigation did identify students that were there," he said.
Taylor said the administration acted appropriately, but he would not say if other students at the bar have been disciplined.
"This is not our fault," Taylor said. "The university has handled this as well as possible."
The Rev. Gary Gilmore, who sits on the SBU Board of Trustees, said the school has done a commendable job through an ordeal set into motion by the bad choices of a few students.
"We hold a high standard ... and the vast majority of students live up to that high standard," said Gilmore, pastor of First Baptist Church in Mount Vernon.
But some, including Tonya Mincks, remain critical of SBU for not coming out more forcefully when students were first implicated in the attack.
Taylor defended the school's response, suggesting the administration didn't want to interfere with the police investigation.
"If the university looked slow on that, I'm sorry," he said. "I think we responded as quickly and forthrightly as we could."
[color="red"]The ongoing police investigation has been overshadowed by speculation about whether the attack was racially motivated.
Mincks is white, and witnesses said his attackers were black. Mincks also has a swastika tattooed on his arm.
Until the investigation is complete, Moore won't know whether the attack was a hate crime. Missouri's hate-crime law requires prosecutors to prove that a crime was motivated by the victim's race, color, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation or disability.

A swastika on his arm?! Well yes, then it will be shown to be a hate crime and Mincks will be locked up for 40 years (I think that's the going sentence for privileged White haters of oppressed negroes).

99% of whites would nod their head in self-righteous satisfaction that he was beat by blacks, feeling he was , deservedly so, becaues he has a swastika on his arm, and hates blacks.
This is what happens when you strive to achieve the moral low-ground.

What bothers me as much as the beating itself is those White christians who not only did nothing to help him, but also remain silent for fear of getting into trouble for drinking.

The only positive angle that I can glean from this story is that fact that when the race war does commence, we can expect absolutely no opposition from the White herd. They may boldly shout nasty little things about us into a jew-held media microphone, but when it comes to ass-kicking-time in the streets, just a stout backhand to the jaw will send them cowering in fear.
Our only real opposition will come from the niggers, muds and law enforcement.

Hmm, I wonder how different things would have been if the roles were reversed and this had been a negro who got beat up by racist skinheads or something similar. These same whites would have been outraged that something like that could happen in the year 2006. And, if not, of course, this would be getting quite a bit of attention in the news as proof of how much hatred and contempt some whites still have for minorities and how other whites just don't care.

What bothers me as much as the beating itself is those White christians who not only did nothing to help him, but also remain silent for fear of getting into trouble for drinking.
We must always be aware that the "christians" are in the majority (moral majority:D ) and are nothing more than the toady, sychohant, lickspittle of the zionist White nation ursurpers. It is nothing strange that these fledgling Neo-Cons are aghast at the idea of defending a fellow White man who is being attacked by a bunch of niggers.
I am sure the good "christians" gathered hands and prayed for the lesser of them who was being persecuted as it happened.
A little anecdote as a closure:
Many years ago I lived for a while in Greenville, South Carolina. Greenville is home to the famous Bob Jones University. Anybody ever heard of a Bojo? Read on. One afternoon I was walking to my job in a local hotel and happened to pass in front of one of those "adult" book stores. I don't know why they call them "adult" book stores. From what I have seen, their products are only something that wigger children would be interested in.
I saw that there was a small group of young "preacher boys" with a loud speaker ranting and raving about the evils of pornography while pacing up and down the street in front of the store. I happened to stop in front of the store to light a cigarette and because of the wind I ducked in next to the entry. I immediately had two Bojos grabbing me by my right and left arms pulling me away and telling me that I was going to hell and all sorts of rubbish.
I quickly flung them off and told them that what they had just done was simple assault and they could be arrested for it. I then asked them if they would like to see an example of aggravated assault and battery.
They gave me a look of:eek: and backed off.
Christians are the last people anyone would ever want to help them in a life or death situation. All they know how to do is pray.
If it weren't for me, where would I be?

Our only real opposition will come from the niggers, muds and law enforcement.
Armored Peterbuilts, Whites, et al (battlewagons with .50 Cals can be built in a good shop in 24 hours) will take care of the niggers and spics. As for LEA, they only show their "valor" when shooting against unarmed civilians.

I phoned and spoke with Joshua Mincks and his mother Tonya a few minutes ago. (Tel: 417-777-5658). They live 50 miles from me.
Seems I sent Joshua WN literature while he was in prison coupla years ago, and he requested more. I'll send him copy of my book, TWPL, and coupla tapes. He's 22.
Here's what they say happened:
Joshua had got into a fight with 3 niggers earlier, and beat their asses. When the nightclub closed, at least 15 niggers were waiting for him outside, and all beat and kicked him unmercifully. And according to witnesses, the niggers backed a car up above his unconscious body, and several jumped up and down on the rear end of the car, trying to squash him to death.
The mother says that only 1 White tried to help her son - a White football player who pulled several niggers off, thus saving her son's life, in her opinion. But, according to her, he fears other blacks on the football team, and doesn't want to testify against them.
Joshua's mother also said the niggers called him "honkey" several times. She was not at all offended by my use of the word "nigger".
So then, I phoned News-Leader reporter Matt Wagner (tel: 417-836-1275) who's covering the story. He says 4 niggers have been arrested, but none as yet charged, and that the case is still under investigation. He also told me he's amazed that Joshua survived the attacks. No niggers jailed.
Joshua has lost 70 lbs since the attacks, his jaw is wired, and he's undergoing physical thearpy, after being in hospital's intensive care unit.
I also phoned the Greene County prosecutor's office. Investigator Todd Meyers (tel: 417-868-4061), and left message for him to return my call.

I agree with the guys on here that stated that Christians are a bunch of useless cunts! They're worse, because Christinsanity is a virulent meme that must be destroyed if the white race hopes to have a future. I also agree that Christians will be easily controlled by racists if/when the race war begins. I personally advocate victimizing these kind of whites RIGHT NOW! Rob their stupid asses and use the money for the cause, or your own wellbeing.
I believe that Christinsanity should be completely sidelined in the white nationalist circles. Even if it didn't eminate from jew-poison, it is simply a deviation from reality that is quite harmfull to reason!

You'll be 100% correct here Brutus. Let's take a look at the recent media storm over the illegal immigrant issue recently. It's a microcosm of our present and soon to be future in this country:
a majority of whites in areas that have been inundated with mexcrement have mostly passively and quietly gone along with their ethnic displacment. The wealthy ones move to a new suburb, followed by businesses and then the middle class moves away from the immigrant cities.
Even many working whites move away. The point is that whites mostly desire to not be around nonwhite immigrants. some move a few miles away to a suburb, some to a new city, some to a new state.
The common cycle of 'white flight'. white flight is white fright....the good news about the immigrant issue is that it does show 2 things that may bode well for our future:
1.) most whites still have a semblance of basic white instincts deep down inside and
2.) most whites are basically total pussies who will go along with the prevailing wind of power.
I see the ZOG enforcement agencies as really our biggest obstacle. Logistically, legally and strategically they are the top dogs. we will have to have many 'allies' inside the police, NG, etc...which I hope we do.
The spics have the numbers and will fight....the niggers? lol, easy solution.
a few crack guerilla squads could probably wipe out the majority of niggers in any big city in a matter of days.
It will be like big game hunting, only more fun. The niggs are much more mentally weak than you think. They are totally dependent on white society.
Besides, the spics will do lots of nigger hunting in places like LA and Chicago.
Now, for the spics...that will require brains, technology and some numbers.
But we did it once, we will do it again.
When we do pick up momentum and whites realize they have nothing to lose by joining us, we will have people to avenge sad stories like the above.
Squads of ruthless white fighters will one day hunt white attacking niggers down like dogs...and salughter them with no mercy.
there will one day be no kike media and a corrupt white hating legal system preventing us from doing so.
