Negro: "Mr White, I need to rent an apartment from you."
Me: "Okay"
Negro: "When can I get together with you to discuss whether I meet yo' criteria"
Me: "No need to 'get together'. I can do it over the phone. Have you ever been convicted of a felony?"
Negro: "Yes."
Me: "What felony?"
Negro: "Manufacturing."
Me: "Manufacturing what?"
Negro: "Well, I don't know. They didn't really tell me."
Me: "They convicted you of a felony and didn't tell you?"
Negro: "No. Dey jus' said manufacturing."
Me: "Well, you know what you were doing. Were you manufacturing drugs?"
Negro: "Yes"
Me: "Then I can't rent to you"
Negro: "But can I say something?"
Me: "You can say it, but I still can't rent to you."
Negro: "But sir, but sir, I was convicted in 1997. I just did nine years in prison. Don't you think I've paid my debt to society?"
Me: "No."
Negro hangs up.

Negro: "I am calling 'bout an 'partment you have on Chapman."
Me: "Okay"
Negro: "How much is it?"
Me: "$425"
Negro: "Well, can you come down any on that?"
Me: "No"
Negro: "But I'm in a bit of trouble and I only have fo' hundred dollar."
Me: "Well, that won't get you in the door on anything, so I'm sorry."
Negro: "But why not? I got fo' hundred dollar."
Me: "Because the apartment is $425. And there's an application fee and deposit. You need at least $660 to move in."
Negro: "But I *need* an 'partment, and I got cash."
Me: "I'm sorry, you can't afford it"
Negro: "But why not? I got fo' hundred dollar."
And the back and forth continued for several minutes with the Negro "But I *need* an 'partment" and me "But you don't have enough money" until they finally got angry and hung up.

Negro: "I'm callin' 'bout yo' house fo' rent fo' $750"
Me: "Okay"
Negro: "Well, I don' know if I qualify"
Me: "Well, have you ever been evicted?"
Negro: "No"
Me: "Have you ever been convicted of a felony?"
Negro: "No"
Me: "How much income do you have a month?"
Negro: "'Bout $300"
Me: "You earn $300 a month?"
Negro: "Yes."
Me: "So how are you going to pay for a $750 a month house if you earn $300 a month?"
Negro: "I thought it was like based on income or som'thin'"
Me: "Based on income?"
Negro: "Yeah, like, I only make like $300 a month, so I figured I'd pay like $100 in rent or som'thin'"
Me: "But the house is $750"
Negro (honestly confused): "So it don' work like dat?"
Me: "No."
Negro hangs up, angry.

Yeah I used to sell and rent my homes to negros and Mexcriment in Camden NJ.......They are all under the impression that they can just move in and the city will pay for it. When renting...They are usualy right. Negros are always convinced they can get a "special" mortgage because they are black. They are so mad and shocked when they cant get approved with credit scores of 460 and $5,000 in unpaid collections.

He needs to tell the mud it is a section 88 housing project based on his income being at least $750 a month so he can pay his damn rent.

Ahh, socialism ... where votes are bought through the abolition of reality. Nothing ever has a real cost, all is make-believe. There is always more money to be had from somewhere else.
No wonder they get mad as hell at the rightist tradition, which insists that things do have a price, and that you can't just spend and subsidize as much as you want. On the one hand you have a guy saying "Here, there's always more money," and on the other a guy who says "You have to pay for yourself, we can't afford you." Who do you vote for? I am telling you, democracy ensures that socialism will dominate. Even more when muds are involved, but with Whites too. Even if it dominates only half of the time, that is far too much. That is why both democracy and muds must be abolished, on behalf of reality.

Every goddamn nigger alive thinks Whitey owes them something. I read these conversations on overthrow and they are hilarious and infuriating at the same time. I wonder who these apes think they are dealing with? Bill White may not be some people's favorite Nazi, but you have to admit he is very astute in these matters. He may also be the richest WN in America.

I have a problem with section 8 housing. I worked for 3 years in section 8 housing as a maintenance man. I know first hand how those animals get a nice house, pay a small amount of rent and destroy them. Whitey having to replace doors that they kick in, windows they smash out, even having to unstop the washing machine drains where they have stuck chicken bones in it. Section 88 was the first thing that popped into my mind when that was posted about the groid wanting reduced rent from a White man.

Section 8 is free housing for worthless niggers. That's all it is. The government is breeding us out of existence and section 8 is their way of making it a possibility sooner rather than later. Most of these section 8'ers are in direct violation of their section 8 contracts and have their male nigger bucks living with them along with their parents and friends. No one ever says anything or about it or investigates it because it's expected and accepted, the government wants them to continue having children and having you pay for it.
