Investigators said that Robert Phipps, 27, was arrested in Chicago following an alleged violent crime spree that culminated in the murder of Alicia Hatzinger.
Madison police said that prior to Monday's homicide, Phipps tried to rob, at knife point, the Red Roof Inn near East Towne Mall. Police said he ran off when a clerk screamed.
And even earlier on Monday, police said Phipps held the mother of a sleeping 5-year-old boy hostage after sneaking into her East-Side apartment.
Residents of the apartment complex said Phipps was there Monday. They said they recognized him because he once dated a women living in the complex.
"He seemed to be a real nice, presentable guy, polite, he was well-dressed. He knew how to talk to people to make them think he was the nicest guy around," said Kathy, a Vernon Avenue resident who said she knows Phipps. "He seemed intelligent, mature. He fooled everybody." According to a criminal complaint, Phipps sneaked into the woman's apartment, held her at knife point and told her he is a contract killer...

As police were being sent to the residence where Hatzinger's body was found, State Patrol officers notified Dane County that they had found Hatzinger's car on fire in a rest stop off the interstate near Janesville.
Phipps was arrested in Chicago on Wednesday after a complaint and warrant issued in Dane County Circuit Court charged him only with the Vernon Avenue incident. The charges include felony intimidation of a victim, false imprisonment and criminal trespass. While those crimes carry a maximum sentence of 34 years in prison, he would face a life term if convicted of killing Hatzinger.
Hamblin said today that Paris Phipps was "possibly involved" in Hatzinger's death and was also taken into custody in Chicago. He said he did not know the relationship between the two men.
Robert Phipps has a long record of criminal violations in Madison, including felonies such as armed robbery, which earned him a four-year prison term, and other violent crimes such as substantial battery.

Teen died of multiple injuries, still no arrests
TOWN OF BURKE, Wis. - A 19-year-old woman found dead in her home near Sun Prairie died of multiple traumatic injuries, according to a coroner's report.Dane County Sheriff Gary Hamblin said it is likely the woman, now identified as Alicia Hatzinger, was targeted but it was not clear why.
Her body was found in the basement by a family member Monday afternoon.
As of Wednesday, authorities had not made an arrest, said sheriff's department spokeswoman Elise Schaffer.
A car registered to someone who lives in the home and is sometimes driven by Hatzinger was found abandoned and partially burned at a rest stop north of Janesville Monday afternoon, authorities said. They said they were notified by a truck driver who saw the smoking car.

Most of Madison’s nigs come from Chicago and they are some scary nigs for sure.

In both incidents, the man was described as black, about 6-foot-2 and 200 pounds and wearing a white T-shirt. The hotel employee also said he was about 25 years old.
Phipps is 27 and black.

Okay, so we apparently have a nigger who doesn't hold his dick while walking, and who can speak almost coherently, so the White lemmings assume that the nigger is "one of the good ones."
