Since the economy has been down, cities nationwide will by trying to annex subdivisions to get more tax dollars for the worthless niggers hordes. They were even annexing isolated subdivisions (wealthy, white, of course) that weren't even connected to the city. That has been put to a stop! The cities will have to learn to make do with what they have.
Here's a letter I received the other day:

I'm proud to share with you that North Carolina State Senate President Pro Tempore Phil Berger is defending our recent grassroots victory over forced municipal annexation.

As you may know, several mayors and cities in the North Carolina League of Municipalities have brought legal challenge to the forced municipal annexation reforms. Senator Berger has had enough and so have we.

In a recently-released letter Senator Berger told the cities that if they continue to fight the annexation reforms, the General Assembly – which holds the sole Constitutional Authority over municipal boundaries – will create permanent municipal lines to stop forced annexation.

Senator Phil Berger and the North Carolina Senate have taken a principled stand that they will not allow stubborn mayors to ignore our recently-enacted victory over forced municipal annexation. After years of abusing taxpayers, the cities that make up the North Carolina League of Municipalities lost this fight in the court of public opinion and the General Assembly. They should not be able to use taxpayer money to receive a third or fourth bite at the apple.

Americans for Prosperity - North Carolina applauds the leadership of the North Carolina Senate.

Wishing you and your family a warm holiday season and a prosperous new year,

Worse is worse. If worse were better, what happened to S. Africa, Germany, California, Detroit?
