In their written permit restrictions, the Defendants say that “for safety and security purposes during the event, police will have to identify permittees from other present”, and thus the Plaintiff and all other participants in the demonstration must be issued a wristband three days in advance of the protest and must wear it to the demonstration.

The ACLU, despite almost losing 70% of its membership from its defense of NSPA years ago, may take this case on and get the court to throw out that wristband nonsense. Use the ACLU as much as possible, resist the destruction of your 1st Amendment rights.

I can understand how some WN may disagree with the NS approach but some of the carping and puerile flaming we have seen here and elsewhere is strongly contraindicated. To the credit of VNNF members that sort of "criticism" has become quite rare.
