A poor report card on diversity:confused:
15 Albany schools deemed "intensely segregated 
Researchers looked at all city and suburban schools in the Albany-Schenectady-Troy area and found that out of 236 schools, there are 16 schools, 15 of them in Albany and one in Troy, at which black, Latino and other minority students make up over 90 percent of the student body, a category researchers deemed "intensely segregated.":p
